Our season runs from 1st March 2024 to 28th February 2025. The prices include pitch fee, sewage charge, water charge, environmental charge and council rates for a fully-serviced pitch for 12 months. These prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

With the park having a 12 months licence, the electricity is charged individually to each holiday home. Meters will be read at 3 monthly intervals (end of March, June, September and December) and the standing charge quarterly is £5.45 with a unit rate of 44.87p per unit.
We run the static caravans on 19kg bottles of propane Calor gas. These are paid for on order from reception and are delivered on Mondays and Fridays during office hours, and connected free of charge. The prices may change throughout the year so please ask for price on ordering.
Remember that you need to insure your holiday home. Please make sure you choose a specialist in static/lodge holiday homes. You need to insure the caravan/lodge, contents, decking woodwork (optional) and pitch reinstatement.
